We transformed this standard home into a luxurious, custom residence by adding 440 square feet with a stunning four-season sunroom. The renovation included numerous high-end features, such as a state-of-the-art slide-up window in the kitchen, measuring 60" x 42", which seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor spaces.

The kitchen remodel showcased premium elements like a pot filler, custom lighting, and modern cabinet hardware. We installed large format tile flooring and elegant marble tile backsplashes to elevate the aesthetic. A unique touch was added with a custom threshold crafted from heirloom wood from the client's grandfather, infusing personal history into the design.

Throughout the home, we implemented smart home technology, including automated lighting and an energy-efficient on-demand tankless water heater. The garage received a premium upgrade with epoxy floors, custom shelving, and its own mini-split HVAC system.
Upstairs, we installed bamboo flooring, while the downstairs hardwood floors were refinished in a light white oak. The project also included thoughtful additions like frame TVs doubling as artwork, space-saving pocket doors, and a new deck featuring under-deck storage drawers.
